Get Moving Whaddon is all about building a community of strong, healthy, moving people who can support each other into better health and happiness.
It is lead by two amazing Fitness Professionals called Patrick and Laura, both of them completely committed to seeing people move from strength to strength. Join them in person or on Zoom to discover new levels of health and strength for yourself.
This year we are making Get Moving Whaddon even better, we are moving to a membership model to help us with our funding but while we ask for a small membership fee we will give you plenty in return!
